REGISTRATION
The registration for allotment of seats for admission into Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2010 from 09:00 A.M. onwards at the University campus in Swami Ram Nagar, Doiwala , Dehradun.Candidates who have secured Rank No. 1 to 175 in the Pre-Medical Entrance Examination (PMEE) – 2010 held on Friday, 28th May 2010 shall register themselves for allotment of seats.

ALLOTMENT:
After the Registration , allotment of seats will also be done on Sunday , June 27 , 2010 from 11:00 A.M. onward. Candidates who have secured Rank No. 1 to 175 will remain present in person or through authorized representative with all the following documents in original.

(a) High School or equivalent (10th) certificate as proof of date of birth.
(b) Certificate of the qualifying examination (12th).
(c) Mark sheet of the qualifying examination (12th).
(d) Recent Character certificate from the school / college last attended / Gazetted Officer.
(e) Transfer/Migration Certificate from school/University.
(f) Caste Certificate, if applicable.
(g) Gap Year Affidavit (If applicable).
(h) Admit Card of PMEE – 2010.
(i) Six recent coloured passport size photographs & Two stamp size photographs.
(j) Blank Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- to give affidavit against ragging.
(k) Authorization letter (If applicable).

Fees Details :

Admission Fee : Rs. 35,000/- (One time at the time of admission)
Tution Fee : Rs. 4,80,000/- (For first year)
Hostel Fee : Rs. 30,000/- (per annum)
Mess Fee : Rs. 30,000/- (For first year)
Others : Rs. 6,000/- (per annum)
Total : Rs. 5,81,000/-

* University examination fees will be charged extra as applicable from time to time.

Mode of payment :

A Demand Draft / Cheque on par issued by State Bank of India of Rs. 5,81,000/- (Rupees five lac eighty one thousand only)
should be drawn in favour of “HIHT University” payable at branch code – 10580 , HIHT , Jolly Grant, Dehradun.

OR

A Demand Draft of any nationalized bank of Rs. 5,81,000/- (Rupees five lac eighty one thousand only) should be drawn in favour
of “HIHT University” payable at Rishikesh.

Candidate who has been allotted the seat shall deposit the fees on the same day or latest by (10th July, 2010) after the Medical Examination.

All allotments are subject to verification of authenticity of facts from the original certificates / documents of the candidates. The decision of the Allotment Committee regarding the eligibility of any applicant shall be final.
