Indian Legal Service will act soon to attract fresh talent


Mostly it haapens that, fresh law graduates are more keen to join high-paying private law firms than work for the government or take up private court practice. To address this concern,the Law and Justice Ministry is giving final touches to a plan to attract such law graduates. Union Law Minister M Veerappa Moily is shortly expected to announce a scheme to allow law graduates enter the government after clearing a civil services-type UPSC examination and joining the Indian Legal Service (ILS).
