IIM-A planning to open an extenstive campus in Hyderabad
With plans of transforming Hyderabad into a major education hub, the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), has decided to set up an extended campus in the city. The campus would come up in about 150 acres; its campus in Ahmedabad is spread over about 110 acres. According to sources, the IIM-A board has formally decided to go ahead with the project in Hyderabad though the timeline and the investment are still not known. The government has agreed to give away about 150 acres, either free or at a nominal price, to IIM-A. It would also offer a grant of about Rs 100 crore. ..
