Advanced Diploma in International Business Admission 2010 at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade

Introduction : This program aims to develop competence in the disciplines and skills associated with International Business. It also introduces contemporary International business models and International Trade practices to the participants. It is likely to serve as the base to provide the guidance to think through International business strategies with a truly global perspective. In a nutshell, ADIB equips today’s managers with the necessary competencies to deal with global business scenario.

Eligibility :
Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed (Need to produce supporting proof).

Graduates (10+2+3) in any discipline with min. 50% marks [aggregate- considering results of all years (e.g. 3 or 4 together)] recognised by UGC/AICTE.

Minimum 5 years of work experience post completion of graduation is required as on August 1, 2010.

Who Should Attend : The program is specially designed for managers who plan to occupy managerial positions in organizations
involved in International operations. The companies who wish to extend their business in International market will find this very useful and relevant.

Pedagogy : ADIB is unique because it takes the blended learning approach, which includes platform based teaching, campus visit, e-learning weeks and class room sessions at a Foreign University. The participants get international exposure and scope to interact with renowned professors in the partner university in Europe.

Programme Details :
Duration: One Year
Coverage: Four Introductory Modules, Seven Advanced Modules and Case Analysis
Frequency: Once a week
Class Schedule: Sunday – 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM
Delivery: Through classes at NIIT Imperia Centre for Advanced Learning in your city*, using Synchronous Learning Technology platform.

Selection Procedure : Eligible applicants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Personal Interview to be conducted by IIFT, together with the assessment of background and motivation (Statement of Purpose – Annexure I of the Application Form) based on the application form submitted. Selected applicants need to resubmit the latest proof of current employment at the time of Registration.
