Introduction : Green Conclave is a platform that offers an opportunity to discuss environmental issues, challenges and achievements at different levels, and increase awareness and understanding of the persisting problems and their solutions. The conclave encourages cooperation among agencies to address climate change. Green Conclave has been designed to be one of the prominent forums of public discussion on climate change, climate protection, earth system sciences and earth care policies which attract worldwide attention. It is expected that the sessions will be attended by approximately 500 participants comprising government delegations, international, ecological, business and research institutions, non-government organisations and national and international representatives.
Planet Earth, an innovative magazine on earth systems sciences with the support of Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, brings to you this unique and prestigious event. The objective of the Green Conclave is to provide a forum for the individuals and organisations working in the region, to share information and build relationships in an informal working environment.
Structure : The objective of the Green Conclave is to provide a forum for the individuals and organisations working in the region, to share information and build relationships in an informal working environment. The two-day conference is structured into opening ceremony, plenary session and keynote sessions. Each session would have three panellists. Each panellist would speak for approximately 20 minutes. In addition to informative presentations, the conclave programme will allow ample time for discussion so that all participants can contribute and share their experiences.
Key areas of discussion : The conclave will include sessions on policy, water management, energy, sustainability, and the role of Technology. The focus will be on how the decision makers and the industry can come together for the cause of protecting our environment utilizing the scientific and technological know how.
Who Can Attend : The Green Conclave is for people who are working towards a sustainable future and wish to be a part of the drive towards a greener earth. The conference is designed for those who are in environmental professions, academicians, researchers and students in the environmental and earth sciences disciplines, and all those people who are interested in finding solutions to environmental challenges, drive the environmental movement and wish to switch over to sustainable ways of operations. We also have a poster presentation wherein the students can present their posters.
The exhibition will showcase the products and the technological innovations that present a way towards alternate ways that are more eco-friendly and sustainable. The conclave as a whole will provide an opportunity to the industry, innovators, researchers and policy makers to interact and move towards sustainable development together.

Registration : Green Conclave is an effort to create a platform where different Earth System Sciences, interlinked systems of air, water land and life and a social structure, integrate as one and a platform where the research can actually integrate with the industry and the policy.
